John J. O'Leary has been a practicing attorney for over 25 years. He was born in Chicago, and grew up in the suburb of River Forest. After graduating from Fenwick High School in Oak Park, he went on to earn a degree at the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign. He received his J.D. from The University of Illinois-Chicago School of Law.

He serves on the Board of Advisors for Catholic Charities in Cook and Lake Counties. He is a commissioner for the Historic Preservation Commission in Elmhurst, and a board member for Elmhurst Youth Baseball. John has published articles for Chicago Title's Issues, the Chicago Daily Law Bulletin, and the American Land Title Association and he has taught courses in business law, real estate law, and corporate law. 


John has completed the course requirements for professional home inspection, real estate brokerage and construction management. He has worked as an underwriter and claims attorney for a major national title company. He is a member of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, and the State of Illinois. John concentrates his practice in real estate, corporate law, and estate planning. 



Renee Norgle O'Leary has been practicing law since 1997.  After graduating from Immaculate Conception High School in Elmhurst, she earned her undergraduate degree from Augustana College in Rock Island, Illinois, where she majored in Business and Finance.


Renee received her J.D. from The University of Illinois-Chicago School of Law, where she was a member of Law Review. Renee concentrates her practice in the areas of real estate and estate planning. She is a member of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and the State of Illinois.
